Before you get in touch

How long does a build actually take?
Most projects run ten to eighteen weeks end to end. A single-module build — inventory only, say — can go live in six. The blueprint stage gives you a firm date before you commit to development.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on module count and integration complexity, so we quote a fixed price after discovery rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for you. There are no per-user or monthly licence fees in the model.
We already run Tally. Do we have to drop it?
No. Most clients keep Tally as the accounting book of record and let the ERP feed it. Your accountant's workflow doesn't change; the manual data entry in front of it disappears.
What happens if we want changes after launch?
You hold the source code, so you can bring in any developer. Most clients keep us on a retainer because we know the system, but that's a preference rather than a dependency.
Is our data safe during migration?
Migration runs against a copy first, never your live records. We reconcile the numbers with your team and get written sign-off before anything switches over, and your original system stays available as a fallback.
